PROVISION OF SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION FOR LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN AND LEAVING CARE (AGED 16 Plus)

London Borough of Bexley is seeking a provider to deliver supported accommodation for looked after children and young people leaving care aged 16 and over.

The requirement covers 41 block bed units across eight or nine properties, comprising 16 beds in 24/7 staffed accommodation and 25 beds with floating support.

At least 80% of the contracted beds must be located within the London Borough of Bexley, with the remaining 20% within a six-mile radius of Bexley Civic Centre and south of the River Thames. All beds must be available from the start of the contract.
