Cambridgeshire County Council
Location: Wales
Wrexham County Borough Council, on behalf of the North Wales Authorities, is seeking a provider to deliver an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Partnership Service for children, young people and parents across North Wales.

The successful provider will deliver an independent service that provides advice, information and support to parents of children with additional learning needs, as well as children and young people themselves. The service will also provide a formal Disagreement Resolution Service and operate as a fully bilingual service.
The ALN Partnership Service will work to resolve issues and barriers experienced by children, young people and parents, helping to prevent disagreements from escalating while acting as an independent and impartial organisation. The provider will also be expected to maintain a strong understanding of each participating local authority’s processes, promote awareness of mainstream placement duties, respond flexibly to local changes and ensure the service is accessible to children, young people, parents and schools.
