Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales has launched a pre-qualification process for the provision of Occupational Health Services to support personnel across all eight of its sites throughout Wales.
The successful provider will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive occupational health service to employees working across the organisation’s museum estate. The procurement is currently at the pre-qualification stage, with only applicants successfully completing this stage being invited to tender.
The contract notice states that the detailed scope of services is contained within the procurement documentation, which is available to suppliers that register their interest through the Sell2Wales portal.

The procurement is being undertaken as a single-stage pre-qualification process. Only suppliers that successfully complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will be invited to participate in the subsequent tender stage.
Suppliers must register their interest through the Sell2Wales portal to access the procurement documentation and submit their responses electronically using the Postbox facility. The contracting authority has advised suppliers to allow sufficient time when uploading documents before the submission deadline.
The estimated award date for the procurement is 24 September 2026.
