Hull City Council is inviting quotations from organisations to supply, store, and deliver dental care products in support of the Council’s Oral Health Programme.
The contract covers the provision of oral health products, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, oral health packs, storage racks, and associated items. The successful supplier will be responsible for the supply, storage, and delivery of products in accordance with the requirements set out within the Request for Quotations (RFQ) documentation. The Council has indicated an estimated contract value of £14,000 per annum, noting that this estimate is provided in good faith and does not guarantee expenditure.
The contract is expected to commence on 10 August 2026 and run until 9 August 2029, with the option to extend for up to a further two years through two separate 12-month extensions.

The successful supplier will provide, store, and distribute dental care products to support Hull City Council’s Oral Health Programme. Tenderers are required to demonstrate their proposed dental product range, quality management processes, business continuity arrangements, delivery model, and approach to sustainability and innovation as part of their submission.
The opportunity is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs). The procurement will be undertaken using a below-threshold open competition.
