Evaluation Criteria

The procurement documentation confirms that price is not the only award criterion, with the full evaluation criteria detailed within the procurement documents.

Regulatory Information

The procurement is being conducted under the Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023rather than the Procurement Act 2023 or the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The documentation also advises that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may apply, and providers are encouraged to undertake appropriate legal and due diligence before submitting a bid.

This opportunity represents a significant commissioning exercise for urgent dental treatment services across Yorkshire and the Humber, providing providers with the opportunity to deliver urgent dental care through a long-term contract covering multiple localities.
