NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) is seeking a provider to deliver an All Age Continuing Care Complex Case Management Service (AACC/CCMS) across the North East and Cumbria.
According to the procurement documents, the service is intended to support individuals who are eligible for Continuing Care and require case management support relating to the complexity of their needs and the community pathways required to ensure those needs are met.
The successful provider will be responsible for delivering a case management service that provides trusted assessment, transition planning, placement identification and community case management reviews. The service will be commissioned under the NHS Standard Contract 2026/27.
The procurement is being undertaken by NENC ICB under the Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The contracting authority has confirmed that this is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice and that the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to the award.
