The Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership is seeking a provider to deliver a new national clinical audit covering severe infection and sepsis in acute NHS settings across England and Wales.
The National Infection and Sepsis Audit – Acute (NISA-Acute) will initially focus on the early stages of care, benchmarking performance to identify variation and support improvements in the recognition and treatment of severe infection and sepsis.
The initial three-year contract has a maximum core budget of £1,146,300 excluding VAT. Bids exceeding this limit will be rejected. Further extensions and additional workstreams could increase the overall contract ceiling, but these are not guaranteed.
