The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire is seeking a provider to deliver a Mentoring in Hospital and Police service across Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire. Commissioned by the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Violence Reduction Partnership (NNVRP), the service aims to support children and young people at risk of involvement in serious violence by improving mental health, wellbeing and behaviours.
The service draws on the Accident and Emergency (A&E) and Police Custody Navigator model, which has been rated by the Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) as having the potential for a high impact on reducing serious violence. The successful provider will proactively engage children and young people in custody suites, hospital settings and the wider community, helping to reduce risk factors associated with violent crime and build community resilience.

Contract Value – Estimated £425,335 excluding VAT (£510,402 including VAT)
Delivery Length – 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2028, with the option for two 12-month extensions to 31 March 2030
