Lambeth Learning Disability and Autism Approved Providers Lists

London Borough of Lambeth is procuring two Approved Provider Lists (APLs) for the provision of bed-based placements for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Providers appointed to the arrangements will deliver residential care and/or supported living placements for Lambeth clients, with the procurement divided into separate lists for each service type.

The overall opportunity has an estimated value of £74,066,240 excluding VAT and is expected to run from 14 February 2027 to 14 February 2030, with an option to extend for a further four years to 13 February 2034.

Lots Available

The procurement is divided into two lots:

• Lot 1 – Residential Care: General needs residential care, with an estimated value of £21,661,443.56 excluding VAT.
• Lot 2 – Supported Living: General needs supported living, with an estimated value of £52,404,796.44 excluding VAT.

Both lots fall under the Health and Social Work Services procurement category.

The opportunity represents a substantial commissioning arrangement for residential care and supported living providers delivering services for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in Lambeth, with a potential overall delivery period of seven years.
