NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver a Longer Term Therapeutic Treatment Service for children and young people who are survivors of sexual abuse.
The service will provide therapeutic support to children and young people aged 17 and under who have experienced sexual abuse or sexual exploitation, alongside support for their non-abusing parents or carers.
The commission is intended to reduce the impact of abuse on children and young people’s mental health and emotional wellbeing while building resilience, supporting healthier relationships and reducing vulnerability to further abuse.
The appointed provider will be expected to deliver therapeutic support that responds to the individual needs of children and young people and their families.
