Independent Visitors Service

London Borough of Hackney is seeking a London-based provider to deliver its Independent Visitors Service for children and young people placed both within and outside Hackney.

The successful provider will recruit volunteers from the community and match them with children and young people, providing independent visitors who can develop positive befriending relationships.

The procurement is geographically restricted to providers whose main economic activity is delivered within London and is identified as particularly suitable for SMEs and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs).
