Independent Advocacy Services 2027

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking a provider to deliver Independent Advocacy Services across East Riding of Yorkshire, including support delivered both within and outside the county.

The contract covers statutory and general advocacy services, including:

• Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA)
• Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), including Litigation Friend provision
• Independent Care Act Advocacy, including Carers Advocacy
• General Advocacy
• Independent Health Complaints Advocacy
