Framework Agreement for the Procurement of Occupational Health Counselling Services

Gloucestershire County Council is establishing a multi-supplier framework for occupational health counselling services to support the health and wellbeing of its workforce.

The framework is also available for potential use by Gloucester City Council, Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service, and schools, academies and other educational settings within the county.

Lot 1: Structured Counselling Sessions – virtual and face-to-face

Lot 2: Initial Assessments to determine suitability for structured counselling

Lot 3: Reflective Practice / Reflective Supervision – virtual and face-to-face

Lot 4: Critical Incident Support – virtual and face-to-face

Contract Value: £370,000 excluding VAT
Delivery Length: 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028, with two optional 12-month extensions

Suppliers must register on SAP Ariba before bidding and provide Gloucestershire County Council with their organisation name and Ariba Supplier ID to be added to the relevant sourcing event.

The opportunity is identified as particularly suitable for SMEs and voluntary, community and social enterprises.
