Early Supported Discharge-Out of Hospital Parental Antimicrobial Treatment (OPAT)

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) is seeking a provider to deliver an out-of-hospital parenteral antimicrobial treatment (OPAT) service within a community setting in Birmingham.

The provider will support the administration of parenteral antimicrobials, patient observations, line care and phlebotomy, including blood cultures. The service will also be responsible for identifying issues or side effects, communicating with the UHB OPAT team and participating in virtual rounds.
