Manchester City Council is seeking a provider to deliver early emotional and wellbeing support for perinatal mothers in Manchester.

The contract is estimated at £425,000 excluding VAT and will initially run from 1 January 2027 to 31 March 2029, with an option to extend for a further two years to 31 March 2031, subject to funding.

The opportunity is being procured through an open procedure under the light touch regime and is identified as particularly suitable for SMEs and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs).
