Development of a Confederation of Lived Experience Recovery Organisations and Hull’s Inclusive Recovery City ambitions

Hull City Council is inviting tenders from organisations to deliver the Development of a Confederation of Lived Experience Recovery Organisations and Hull’s Inclusive Recovery City ambitions.

The procurement is being undertaken through an open procedure and seeks a provider to support the development of a confederation of lived experience recovery organisations while contributing to the Council’s Inclusive Recovery City ambitions. The contract is scheduled to commence on 3 August 2026 for an initial period of 12 months, with the option for the Council to extend for two further periods of 12 months.

The opportunity has been identified as being particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs).
