COV – Crisis Resilience Fund – Building Resilience Services

Coventry City Council has launched a procurement for the delivery of Crisis Resilience Fund – Building Resilience Services, supporting the Council’s ambition to develop Financial Resilience Services in line with Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) expectations and the objectives of the Crisis Resilience Fund (CRF).

The contract seeks providers capable of delivering services that help shape and strengthen financial resilience support across Coventry. The opportunity has been divided into two separate lots, allowing organisations to bid for specialist legal and advocacy services or financial resilience and capability support.

The procurement aims to support the development and delivery of services that respond to financial hardship while helping residents build longer-term resilience.

  • Lot 1: Specialist Legal, Advocacy and Crisis Intervention
  • Lot 2: Financial Resilience and Capability

Contract Information

Buyer: Coventry City Council

Deadline: 14 August 2026, 12:00pm

Contract Value: £510,000 excluding VAT (£612,000 including VAT)

Delivery Length: Initial contract from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, with the option to extend. The procurement notice states a possible extension to 1 July 2027 and also refers to one period of three years.

Procurement Information

The procurement is being conducted using an Open Procedure. The opportunity has been identified as being suitable for:

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs)
