Essex County Council is seeking a provider to deliver an integrated co-production and engagement service to support Adult Social Care (ASC) across Essex.
The contract will bring together existing co-production services into a single, unified model, providing a coordinated approach to engaging adults, carers and people with lived experience. The service will operate within the Council’s statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 and support its commitment to person-centred, inclusive service design.

Contract Value: £966,000 excluding VAT (£1,159,200 including VAT)
Delivery Length: 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2029, with the option to extend by two additional one-year periods, giving a maximum contract term of four years and four months.
