Leeds City Council is seeking a provider to deliver Children’s Rights and Advocacy Services, ensuring that children and young people understand their rights and can access independent advocacy, information, advice and support when required.
The service is intended to ensure that children and young people are aware of their rights and are able to access advocacy where appropriate. It also includes the provision of independent advocacy, information, advice and support for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disabilities, including young people up to the age of 25 where an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan is in place.
The Council is procuring a service that supports children and young people to understand their rights while providing access to independent advocacy where this is required.

Contract Value: £1,169,545 excluding VAT (£1,403,454 including VAT)
Delivery Length: Initial contract from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months, giving a potential maximum term to 31 December 2031.
