The Police and Crime Commissioner for Northumbria, together with the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Durham, has launched a procurement for an Independent Domestic Violence Adviser (IDVA) Support Service as part of the Child Focused Courts programme.
The Child Focused Courts model aims to improve the experience and outcomes of private law children cases, particularly for adult and child victims of domestic abuse. The approach focuses on the early identification of risk, increased engagement with children, bespoke support for victims, and a streamlined court process.
The opportunity is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs).
