Carers Support Services

London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking a provider to deliver its adults’ carers support service for unpaid carers aged 18 and over.

The service will provide a flexible support offer designed to help unpaid carers remain healthy, informed and connected, enabling them to continue caring while maintaining their own wellbeing.

The service operates an open referral policy, with referrals accepted from Adult Social Care, NELFT, GPs and unpaid carers themselves.
