BLC0339 – Drug Test on Arrest Scheme

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Durham is seeking a provider to deliver a force area-wide, centralised custody Drug Testing on Arrest service on behalf of the Commissioner and Durham Constabulary.

The procurement is being carried out by Blue Light Commercial, with the successful provider expected to deliver the service across the Durham force area.

The contract covers Drug Testing on Arrest provision within custody settings and falls across health, medical analysis, rehabilitation and community health service classifications.

The opportunity is being conducted as a below-threshold open competition under the Light Touch regime.
