All-Age Carers Service

Liverpool City Council is seeking providers for its recommissioned All-Age Carers Service, with an estimated total contract value of £5.36 million.

The citywide service will provide information, advice, assessment and practical support for unpaid carers of all ages, including adult carers, young carers and parent carers. Support will focus on identifying carers, assessing needs, promoting wellbeing and helping individuals sustain their caring role.

Lots Available

The opportunity is divided into five lots:

• Lot 1 – Digital Carer Platform and Information, Advice and Guidance service: £460,000
• Lot 2 – Adult Carers Service (Including Parent Carers): £2,801,760
• Lot 3 – Young Carers, Young Adult Carers and Sibling Carers: £1,319,145
• Lot 4 – Carer Advocacy: £521,015
• Lot 5 – Carers Opportunities: £253,865

The procurement is particularly suitable for SMEs and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs).
