NHS Highland is reopening its Adult Social Care Commissioning Flexible Framework, allowing new providers to apply and existing framework providers to join additional service lots across the Highland Council area.
The framework covers a broad range of adult social care provision and will remain open to new providers at future reopening points.

Provider Requirements
Applicants must meet the selection and minimum requirements for their chosen lots. Providers will be tiered according to Care Inspectorate registration, operational readiness and experience in Highland.
Providers must also comply with Safer Staffing requirements, Fair Work First principles and payment of the Real Living Wage for Scotland.
Admission to the framework does not guarantee referrals, contracts or a minimum level of commissioned activity.
The opportunity represents a substantial long-term route to market for care at home, residential and nursing care, day care and supported living providers across the Highland area.
