Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a provider to deliver a Perinatal Mental Health Peer Support Service for parents experiencing mild to moderate perinatal mental health difficulties across Cambridgeshire.
The service will provide face-to-face peer support community groups for parents from pregnancy until their child reaches the age of five. According to the procurement documents, the contract will commence on 1 October 2026 and run for a period of 24 months.
The procurement is being undertaken under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 using the Competitive Process route (Regulation 11). The Council states that this formal bidding procedure allows all interested organisations and consortia to submit bids.

The procurement is being conducted under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The contract award is subject to these regulations, and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply.
