We’ve all heard that eight hours is the magic number, but everyone is different. Some people wake feeling refreshed after seven hours, while others need nine to feel at their best.

Sleep plays a vital role in our physical health, mental wellbeing and ability to cope with the demands of everyday life. Yet it’s often one of the first things we sacrifice when life gets busy.

Share your thoughts with newsdesk@dailyround.news. We’d love to hear what helps you wake up ready for the day.
