The London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth have awarded Hestia Housing and Support contracts to provide refuge accommodation and support services for people at risk of or survivors of domestic abuse.
The two contracts have a combined value of £414,172.74. The Wandsworth service is valued at £195,382.90, while the Richmond service is valued at £218,789.84.
Both contracts are expected to run from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027.
The contracts were awarded directly to Hestia under the light-touch regime to maintain continuity of the statutory domestic abuse refuge service while the authorities review future requirements and develop a longer-term procurement approach.
