More Than £2,000 of Bid Writing Support
This isn’t simply £2,000 towards having someone write a bid for you.
It’s an opportunity to have an upcoming tender supported by a specialist team that works specifically across health and social care and understands the public sector bidding process.
Big Sister Care writes around 600 healthcare bids every year and has supported more than 1,000 healthcare businesses over the last decade.
Their team regularly works with providers bidding for contracts with local authorities, NHS organisations, housing associations and other public sector commissioners.
That experience covers a wide range of health and social care services, meaning the team understands both the tender process and the sectors that care organisations operate in.
For the competition winner, that means professional support from people who work on healthcare bids every day, helping you make the most of an upcoming opportunity.
What Could the Support Mean for Your Organisation?
If you have a suitable care or healthcare tender coming up, the prize could give you access to specialist bid writing support without the usual cost.
Big Sister will work with the winner to identify a suitable upcoming bid and tailor the support to where it can have the most value, whether that’s for one bid or more than one suitable opportunity.
The aim is simple: to give one care or healthcare organisation access to experienced bid specialists at a time when that support could really matter.

the winner to identify a suitable bid and agree a delivery schedule, but cannot guarantee availability for a particular tender or deadline.
- Judging. Judging. The Daily Round’s Delivery Lead will review eligible answers and shortlist three entries based on the relevance of the organisation’s need for bid writing support, the potential benefit the support could provide to the organisation, and the strength and clarity of the answer. If votes are tied, the independent judge will make the final decision. The promoter will keep a record of the judging.
- Winner notification and announcement. The winner will be contacted using the details supplied with their entry within 7 working days of the closing date. If the winner is ineligible, declines the prize or does not claim it within 30 days of notification, the promoter may offer it to

- Personal information. The Daily Round will use entry details to administer the competition and deliver its daily email. Entrants’ registration details will be shared with Big Sister so it can help administer the competition and arrange the prize. Big Sister will send marketing emails or
messages only where the entrant has separately chosen to receive them, or where another lawful basis permits the specific communication. Entrants can opt out of marketing from either organisation at any time. Opting out of Big Sister marketing will not affect an entry. The Daily
Round privacy notice and Big Sister privacy notice explain how each organisation handles personal information.
- General. The promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or in breach of these terms. If circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control prevent the prize being provided as described, the promoter will provide a reasonable equivalent.
