East Midlands
West Northamptonshire Council has awarded Avery Homes (Nelson) Limited a £218,400 care home spot purchasing contract.
The contract covers adult social care services to meet an individual’s assessed care and support needs, with the placement intended to provide appropriate care, support, supervision and wellbeing outcomes.
The contract is expected to run from 6 October 2026 to 6 October 2030 and was awarded without competition under the light touch regime.
