Durham County Council has awarded Angel Trust – A Charity For The People a £1.39 million contract to deliver its Health, Wellbeing and Night Hub.
The service will support adults at risk of homelessness, rough sleeping or poor health outcomes, including people being discharged from hospital who cannot safely return to accommodation.
The contract is expected to run from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2029, with two optional 12-month extensions potentially taking it to March 2031.
