Harmony SEND Solutions Secures £251k Isle of Wight Council Contract

Isle of Wight Council has selected Harmony SEND Solutions Ltd for a £251,000 contract to provide strategic leadership, management and improvement support across its Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Service.

The contract will focus on strengthening leadership capacity within the council’s Statutory SEND Team and Neurodivergent Team, supporting the delivery of statutory SEND responsibilities and implementation of the council’s Autism Strategy.

The appointment will also support continuous improvement in outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

The contract has been awarded through a direct award procedure, with the award decision made on 1 October 2026. The standstill period concludes on 19 October, with the earliest contract signing date set for 20 October 2026.

The agreement is expected to run from 21 October 2026 to 27 October 2028, with a total value of £251,000 excluding VAT.
