Bromley Awards £22.1m Domiciliary Care Framework

London Borough of Bromley has awarded a four-year framework for the provision of domiciliary care services across the borough.

The framework covers services for Adults, Older People, and Children & Young People and is divided into three lots.

• Lot 1 – Tier 1 Patch Providers has been awarded to seven providers and is valued at £15 million excluding VAT. The borough is divided into four geographical patches, with successful Tier 1 providers anticipated to receive up to 80% of available care packages within their allocated patch.
• Lot 2 – Adults General Provision has been awarded to 75 providers and carries a value of £5.6 million excluding VAT. Successful providers will be ranked according to their combined quality and price scores, with no guarantee of work under the framework.
• Lot 3 – Children and Young People has been awarded to 36 providers and is valued at £1.5 million excluding VAT, covering standard provision and severe and complex needs provision.

The stated lot values total £22.1 million excluding VAT, although the award notice specifies that framework lot values may be shared with other lots.

The framework is expected to run from 26 October 2026 to 25 October 2030.
