Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a provider to deliver assisted accommodation, housing-related support and tenancy support for eligible adults leaving its inpatient and rehabilitation services.

The service will support people requiring assistance with the transition into suitable accommodation and maintaining their tenancy. The commissioned capacity is 15 active Service Users at any one time.

The Trust is seeking to maintain its existing accommodation-sourcing, discharge and tenancy-sustainment model while strengthening measurable outcomes. Key areas include tenancy sustainment at three, six and 12 months, Service User experience, accommodation-sourcing timescales, void management, equality analysis and value for money.

Current service data reports 93% average occupancy, 27 referrals since April 2024, a 74% acceptance rate and positive move-on outcomes for all recorded Service Users.

Evaluation Criteria

The contract will be awarded on the Most Advantageous Tender basis:

• Quality – 80%
• Price – 10%
• Social Value – 10%

The opportunity is identified as particularly suitable for SMEs and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs).

The contract provides an opportunity for accommodation and support providers to contribute to hospital discharge, housing stability and independent living outcomes for adults across Lincolnshire.
