Tender for Children’s Rights and Advocacy Services and Independent Visitors Service

Herefordshire Council is inviting tenders for children’s rights, advocacy and independent visitor services supporting children and young people across Herefordshire.

The procurement is split into two lots, with bidders able to apply for either or both. The Council intends to appoint a maximum of one supplier per lot.

Lots

Lot 1 – Childrens Rights and Advocacy Services
Advocacy support for eligible children and young people accessing children’s social care, including children in need, those subject to child protection plans, looked-after children, care leavers up to age 25 and homeless 16 and 17-year-olds.

Estimated Value: £959,000 excluding VAT.

Lot 2 – Independent Visitors Service
Independent visitor provision for care-experienced children and young people and care leavers, providing access to a consistent and independent trusted adult relationship.

Estimated Value: £371,000 excluding VAT.
