Hampshire County Council has awarded Citizens Advice Hampshire a £6.03 million contract to deliver eligibility and resilience services as part of the Crisis and Resilience Fund.
The fund replaces the Household Support Fund and is designed to provide crisis support to households experiencing financial hardship or sudden financial shocks, while helping residents build longer-term financial resilience.
The contract is expected to run from 1 November 2026 to 30 March 2029, with an option to extend for six months to 29 September 2029. The extension has a potential value of up to £1.03 million excluding VAT.
Five tenders were received and assessed, with Citizens Advice Hampshire selected ahead of Evouchers Ltd, Hope 4 U Limited, We Are Group Holdings Limited and NEC Software Solutions UK Limited.
