PSR Lewisham Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service

London Borough of Lewisham is inviting providers to tender for the delivery of the Lewisham Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service for adults aged 18 and over.

The service will provide a single, recognisable point of access for Lewisham residents seeking support with their mental health, emotional wellbeing and wider determinants of health.

Provision will focus on preventative and early intervention community-based support for adults experiencing emotional wellbeing and mental health challenges.

The service will provide a welcoming, non-clinical front door through which residents can access information, advice and guidance alongside time-limited support.

Providers will also be expected to support effective triage and navigation, deliver individual and group-based interventions, and strengthen community-based prevention and support.

The contract is not divided into lots.

Submissions will be evaluated using the following criteria:

• Quality – 45%
• Price – 45%
• Social Value – 10%

The contract will be awarded to the provider achieving the highest overall score following application of the published evaluation criteria and weightings, subject to satisfying the applicable basic selection criteria and mandatory procurement requirements.

Procurement Procedure

The procurement is being undertaken using the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Competitive Process in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

The notice states that the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this contract award.
