Exeter City Council has awarded Bournemouth Churches Housing Association Limited a contract for accommodation with support at Morwenna Court.
The contract will provide a subsidy towards staff costs for housing-related support covering 20 units of accommodation across several properties in Exeter.
The agreement is valued at £211,634 excluding VAT and £253,960.80 including VAT. The award decision was made on 20 August 2026, with the contract expected to run from 2 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.
Bournemouth Churches Housing Association Limited has been appointed through a below-threshold procurement without competition under the light-touch regime.
The contract covers social work services with accommodation in Devon.
