The Isle of Wight Council is seeking an external provider to deliver a Domestic Abuse & Sexual Violence Needs Assessment to support future commissioning, service development and strategic planning.

The assessment will need to be completed within the agreed contract period, with the Council indicating an anticipated delivery period of approximately four to six months.

Effective mobilisation, access to relevant data and engagement with stakeholders will be important to ensuring the Needs Assessment is delivered within the required timeframe.

The opportunity has an estimated value of £25,000 excluding VAT and is identified as particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs).
