Birmingham City Council has awarded a £155,500 contract to Housing LIN Enterprises Ltd to deliver a Supported Housing Needs Assessment and develop a Local Supported Housing Strategy for Birmingham.
Alongside the Supported Housing Needs Assessment, the council’s Public Health team is completing a Support Exempt Accommodation Health Needs Assessment. The consultancy will work with the Public Health team to ensure the two needs assessments complement one another and both inform the strategy.
The contract is expected to run for eight months, from 12 August 2026 until 11 April 2027.
Housing LIN Enterprises Ltd was selected following a Below Threshold Open Competition. One tender was received and assessed at the final stage.
Birmingham City Council made the award decision on 31 July 2026, with 12 August 2026 listed as the earliest date the contract will be signed.
The contract has a stated value of £155,500 excluding VAT and £186,600 including VAT and is classified under Business Services: Law, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, Printing and Security (CPV 79000000).
