Coventry City Council is seeking to appoint providers to deliver the COV – Provision of Healthy Babies Best Start Family Hub offer, following the award of national Best Start for Life and Healthy Babies funding to strengthen and expand services across Coventry.
The funding will support the delivery of the nationally mandated Infant Feeding and Perinatal Mental Health core workstreams. The programme aims to improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes for parents and parents-to-be of children under the age of two, while also improving infant feeding outcomes, with a particular focus on specialist support during pregnancy and the first 0–10 days after birth.
The Council is seeking to appoint a provider for each lot.
The contract has been divided into two lots:

The procurement is being conducted using the Open Procedure under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 through a Competitive Process.
The Council has confirmed that the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this procurement.
