South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a contract to Interhaze Limited to provide Pathway 2 Bedded Nursing Services.
According to the award notice, the Pathway 2 Nursing Beds service is intended to help people who are likely to require continuing 24-hour care and support leave hospital sooner by enabling health and social care services, together with ongoing assessment, to take place in a more appropriate setting.
The contract has been awarded through a below-threshold procurement without competition under the Light Touch Regime.
The contract is valued at £913,000 and is expected to run from 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2029. The award decision was made on 27 July 2026, with the earliest contract signature date of 24 August 2026.
