Rykneld Homes Limited has awarded a contract to Kays Medical Limited for the provision of occupational health services and associated services.
The contract has a value of £75,000 excluding VAT (£90,000 including VAT) and is expected to run for five years, from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2031.
The contract was awarded through a below threshold procurement without competition.
According to the award notice, the direct award followed a failed procurement under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015).
The earliest date the contract may be signed is 31 July 2026.
