Veterans Mental Health Support Line Supporting OP Courage

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has launched a pre-market engagement exercise to explore future options for the provision of a telephone access, referral management and brief clinical triage function in support of the OP Courage Integrated Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.

The exercise is intended to help the Trust understand the market’s capability, delivery models, risks, assumptions and potential costs before making any future commissioning decisions. It is not a call for competition.

Service Overview

The pre-market engagement relates to a potential future service providing:

  • Telephone access.
  • Referral management.
  • Brief clinical triage.
  • Support for the OP Courage Integrated Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.

The Trust is seeking feedback from the market to better understand:

  • Supplier capability.
  • Preferred delivery models.
  • Risks and assumptions.
  • Potential costs.
  • The feasibility of different delivery options, including bringing the service in-house.

Responses will be treated as confidential and commercially sensitive.
