Worcestershire County Council is seeking a provider to deliver The Domestic Abuse Support Service (DASS), enabling the Council to meet its statutory duties under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.
The service will provide specialist domestic abuse support for adults and children living in emergency and safe house accommodation, alongside outreach services. The contract is designed to ensure survivors of domestic abuse receive appropriate support, including services tailored to individuals with protected characteristics, minority groups and those with care and support needs.

Providers will be expected to demonstrate how they will deliver resilient, high-quality services that respond effectively to these challenges.
