East Dunbartonshire Council is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced providers to join its Early Learning and Childcare Flexible Framework (Nurseries)(Reopening July 2026).
The framework is being reopened to admit new providers under the same requirements as the original procurement exercise. Existing providers already appointed to the framework are not required to reapply.
The framework covers the provision of early learning education and childcare services across East Dunbartonshire. It operates as a flexible framework, allowing new providers to apply at any point throughout the duration of the contract.

The procurement will establish a framework agreement with multiple providers.
