Lincolnshire County Council has awarded three contracts for the provision of supported accommodation for 16 and 17-year-olds, with a combined value of £18.86 million excluding VAT (£22.64 million including VAT).
The contracts form part of the council’s Supported Accommodation 2027 programme, providing accommodation and support for Children in Care and young people aged 16–17 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Nacro has been awarded Lot 1 to deliver the Lincolnshire Youth Housing Service for 16–17-year-olds.
The contract has a value of £11,308,696.16 excluding VAT (£13,570,435.40 including VAT).
Five tenders were received for the lot, with two assessed at the final stage.
Moving Up Care Limited has secured Lot 2 for the provision of four units of solo supported accommodation for 16–17-year-olds.
The contract has a value of £3,777,332.52 excluding VAT (£4,532,799.02 including VAT).
Seven tenders were received, with two assessed at the final stage.
Moving Up Care Limited has also been awarded Lot 3 for the provision of four units of solo supported accommodation for 16–17-year-olds.

All three contracts were awarded on 15 July 2026, with the earliest contract signature date of 31 August 2026.
Lot 1 and Lot 2 are expected to run from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2030, while Lot 3 is expected to commence on 1 June 2027 and run until 31 March 2030. All three contracts include the option to extend by up to 24 months, potentially taking the agreements through to 31 March 2032.
The procurement was conducted using the open procedure under the light touch regime.
