NHSL655-26 South ADP Assertive Outreach Service

NHS Lanarkshire, on behalf of the South Lanarkshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership (SL ADP), is seeking a provider to deliver an Assertive Outreach Service across South Lanarkshire. The contract is intended to support individuals who have demonstrated risk-taking behaviours and/or have a history of disengaging from services, helping them to access and navigate appropriate health and support services.

The successful provider will work collaboratively alongside the South Lanarkshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership to improve engagement with people who may otherwise struggle to access the support available to them. The service forms part of the partnership’s approach to improving outcomes for individuals affected by alcohol and drug-related issues through proactive outreach and engagement.

As outlined within the procurement documents, providers must identify the names and professional qualifications of the staff assigned to deliver the contract.
