Knowsley Council is undertaking soft market testing ahead of the expiry of its current School Entry Hearing Screening Service contract in January 2027. The Council is seeking information from prospective providers to understand market interest and help inform its future procurement approach.
The engagement exercise is intended to assess the market’s appetite for delivering the service and gather feedback before a formal procurement process is launched.
The current School Entry Hearing Screening Service contract is due to expire in January 2027. As part of its pre-procurement planning, Knowsley Council is inviting prospective providers to participate in a soft market engagement exercise to help shape future commissioning arrangements.
