Cumberland Council has awarded THOMAS ARMSTRONG (CONSTRUCTION) LIMITED a contract to create a new Integrated Sexual Health Clinic on the ground floor of the Civic Centre in Carlisle.
The project was procured through Lot 1 of Cumberland Council’s Capital Works Framework Agreement and involves converting the existing space into a suitable clinical facility. The works include further subdivision of the space, replacement of finishes, and associated mechanical and electrical works.
The contract has a value of £674,876 including VAT (£562,397 excluding VAT) and is expected to run from 18 July 2026 until 26 December 2026.
The works will deliver a new integrated sexual health clinic at the Civic Centre, supporting the council’s healthcare infrastructure in Carlisle.
