BHCC – EB – Day Opportunities – Lot 4 (LD, Complex)

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a provider to deliver High Care and Support Day Opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, who may also be autistic, and who have been assessed as having complex needs and behaviours.

This procurement relates solely to Lot 4, following a previous procurement exercise advertised in January 2026. The Council is re-running the procurement for this lot only.

The service will provide a range of high-support day opportunities, including activities, work and learning opportunities within Brighton & Hove, tailored to adults whose assessed needs require specialist care and support.

The successful provider will be expected to deliver:

• High care and support day opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.
• Support for adults who may also be autistic.
• Activities designed to meet the needs of people with complex needs and behaviours.
• Work and learning opportunities within the city.
• Services for individuals assessed by Brighton & Hove City Council as requiring this level of support.

The Council advises providers to read Schedule 3 – ITT Guidance within the tender documentation before completing their submission.
